Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, 14.220 liters foreign liquor was recovered from an open field.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Excise Court No.1, Siwan in Basantpur Police Station Case No. 79 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
