JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/Rule(s)/Direction(s) in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents 1st set to initiate proper and suitable legal action against the respondent no. 6 for giving false information to the concerned authority regarding his marital status and for performing 2nd marriage with the petitioner on 19.05.2009 during existence of his first marriage which was performed in the year 1996 which is strictly prohibited as per C.C.A. rules, Banking Staff Regulation, Hindu Marriage Act 1955 and for initiation of proper action against the respondents No.

7 & 8 have supported the illegal and unlawful action of the respondent no. 6. And Further also for issuance of an appropriate direction to the respondents 1st set to pay half of the monthly salary of the Respondent no. 6, to the petitioner towards her maintenance as her life has been exploited by the respondent no. 6 and she has no any other source of income to maintain her livelihood."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7971 of 2014(6) dt.22-03-2023 3/3 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
