The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, two loaded country made Kattas and one live cartridge of .315 bore are recovered in this case. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner came into light on the basis of apprehended co-accused Monu Kushwaha. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30932 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40318 of 2021. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar-VI, Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, District -East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano P.S.
