In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 447, 448, 384, 387, 379 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the informant had gone to her native place and when he returned, found that another lock was there in the door and during inquiry it transpired that the said lock has been put by the petitioner. It has also been alleged that to unlock the door the petitioners were demanding money from

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already removed the lock from the door and the petitioners have no concerned with regard to the houses, which is in possession of the informant.

Looking to the aforesaid fact, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case no. 339 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is also subject to the condition that in future the petitioner would not disturb the informant.
