The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner a country-made loaded pistol was recovered. The investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that the criminal cases disclosed in para-3 of the bail petition are the cases in which petitioner has been dragged without any material and the petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2018.

Considering the entire materials, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27201 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No.162 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
