The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 10 of 2021 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased has already been under custody. Petitioners have no criminal history.

Case No. 10 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
