Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Though liquor was recovered from the field of Awadhesh Mahto, the petitioner and others were identified by the local Chowkidar while they were fleeing from the place of recovery. Petitioner has got single identical case. Considering the criminal antecedent aforesaid of the petitioner as well as the material available, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 387 of 2020 pending in the Court of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39398 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2021 2/2 learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur/successor Court.

Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of two weeks from today and pray for regular bail. (Birendra Kumar, J) Kundan/- U T
