1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that presently the petitioner does not have any apprehension of arrest as the petitioner moved this Court by filing Cr. Misc. No. 27960 of 2023 for quashing of FIR as also the order issuing nonbailable warrant of arrest, it is next submitted that vide order dated 09.05.2023, no coercive steps against the petitioner have been directed to be taken.

3. Since the petitioner does not have any apprehension of arrest, for the present, as such he seeks permission to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, the petitioner is not barred from filing second anticipatory bail application at an appropriate stage. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishi/- U T
