JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case no. 108 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 354, 452 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of informant Bhawani Devi is that in the evening of 23.06.2017 at 6.30 P.M., the petitioner who is relative of villager came at her house and stayed in the courtyard by parking vehicle at the door. At that time, this petitioner put his hand at the shoulder of the informant with bad intention and asked for accompany with him. On the same day, the informant had gone to the clinic of Doctor then this petitioner also gave threatening to her husband Amresh Ram to kill and he also tried to accompany her forcibly boarding in the vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact,

No.55737 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 the informant is the sister-in-law of the elder brother of the petitioner and informant had taken friendly loan of Rs. 60,000/- and when petitioner asked to return the same then only to put pressure the present case has been lodged with false allegation of teasing the informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
