1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this in an application for direction to the Respondents to stop the construction of Road from Arar N.H-106 to Village Defra West Under Prime Minister Road Yojna encroachment which was constructed upon the land of the petitioner situated at Village Ararghati, Khata No. 456, 350, Theara lo 2163, 2164, 2166, 2171 and 2169 Area 74 Dec.

without acquiring the land sithout paying any compensation to the petitioner and further to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17033 of 2014(4) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 take the possession of the land of the petitioner through proper procedure of acquisition and after making proper compensation and any other appropriate writ, order, direction save and except in accordance with law."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
