Mr. Ajey Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, a statutory appeal has been filed by the petitioner against the impugned order of dismissal. He thus prays for disposal of the writ petition to enable the petitioner to pursue his appeal so filed. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. It goes without saying that the Appellate Authority would consider and dispose of the appeal so filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after opportunity of hearing to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
