2. The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s) :- "1. That by this writ petition the petitioners pray for quashing of the order contained in Memo No. 1268[4] dated 04.08.2008 by which the respondents in the most illegal manner rejected the claim of joining of the petitioners and in the most illegal manner has held that the appointment of the petitioners is illegal as there was no advertisement whereas according to the Health manual for the purpose of appointment of Dresser after due training by department no fresh advertisement is required. This writ petition is filed as per the order dated 01.12.2011 passed in M.J.C. No3727 of 2011. Photo copy of Memo No. 1268[4] dated 04.08.2008 is annexed hereto and marked as Annexure-1 and forms part of this writ petition."
3. No one had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 25.8.2025 also, when the Court passed the following order :- "No one appears on behalf of the petitioners.

This case is being adjourned for the last time and if on the next date the learned counsel for the petitioners does not appear or does not take interest to press the writ application then the Court may consider dismissing it for non-prosecution.
