Petitioner is an accused in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 207 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 18(c), 18(A), 18(B), 18(a) (iv), 27 (b) (ii), 28, 28(A) and 27 (d) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.05.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
