The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 942 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the allegation in the FIR is of a person being waylaid in the open area on a gun point and snatching away his motorcycle, ornaments and cash, by four persons and the name of the petitioner having figured in the investigation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the
