The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.12.2018.

Referring to the prosecution case he submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the suspicion locker was recovered from the place where the stolen motorcycle of the petitioner was standing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged case of theft of his motorcycle and he is

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S.
