Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that in this case cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under the bailable offence and the petitioner has been directed to be released on bail vide order dated 30.06.2021 by the Court of learned A.C.J.M-XV, Muzaffarpur and, accordingly, the present application has become infructuous, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Miscellaneous.

In view of the above submissions, the present Criminal Miscellaneous filed on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn.
