2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhaura P.S. Case No. 345/ 2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 333, 196, 351(2), 191, 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated due to previous enmity. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and no specific overt act has been attributed to him in the FIR. Learned counsel further submits that both the parties are neighbours and have amicably settled the dispute and a compromise petition has already been filed before the court below, a copy of which has been annexed as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28762 of 2026(2) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 Annexure-P-3 to this petition.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the statements made in the petition as well as above submissions, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhaura P.S. Case No. 345/ 2025 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
