This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner No. 5 for modification in the order dated 03.10.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 46539 of 2017, whereunder the petitioner along with 8 others have been granted bail, but father's name of the petitioner No.5 has wrongly been typed as Bhupo Sada in place of Burmi Sada.
In view of the above in the order dated 03.10.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 46539 of 2017, the father's name of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51220 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 the petitioner No.5 be read as "Burmi Sada" in place of Bhupo Sada.
In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 46539 of 2017 on 03.10.2017 be further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 231 of 2015/G.R. No. 2339 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 03.10.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 46539 of 2017, this application stands disposed of.
