This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,325,354(B),379,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court within a period of two weeks from today and in case the petitioner surrenders within a period of two weeks and prays for regular bail his prayer for regular bail shall be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61979 of 2017(4) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 disposed of on the same day, taking into account the fact that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have inflicted injuries on the head of the informant, but the injury report of the person injured depicts one injury, which has been caused by hard and blunt substance and also the fact that there is case and counter case.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
