2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased daughter of the informant. As a matter of fact she died owing to sudden cardiac arrest.

4. Learned APP opposes the petition and submits on the basis of case diary that there is no material to indicate that the death occurred owing to cardiac arrest. It is further stated that the body of the deceased has not been recovered and

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
