The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant alleged that his daughter was married with one, Om Prakash Yadav, son of Kamal Deo Prasad Yadav in the year 2015. After marriage, all the accused persons including these petitioners, started subjecting the daughter of informant, to mental and physical torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. On 19.10.2018, informant got information that his daughter had been killed and her dead-body was thrown by the accused persons. Thereafter, informant went to her daughter's sasural where he did not find anyone. The door was also locked.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33847 of 2019(3) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively, of the deceased. They have been falsely implicated in this case, as they are inlaws of the deceased. Petitioners are living in Kolkata and they have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and his husband. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. They have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IXth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
