JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing/commanding the respondents to refund the earnest money deposited by the petitioner with 5% simple interest and also refund the consideration money with 12% interest with a quarterly rest to the petitioner from 1st August 2006 till the date of payment, the amount remaining unpaid as the respondent authorities have not allotted the land to the petitioner." 2.
