JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2023 This writ petition has been filed for quashing of notice dated 10.03.2023 issued by the Circle Officer, Baisa, District-Purnia bearing heading "Suchna" seeking proof/details with regard to land belonging to the petitioner after mentioning remarks "Dakhal Karbala Muharram Sarvasadharan" on the ground that the same has not been issued in accordance with law.

2. In view of the dispute, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned authority and file show-cause within a period of four weeks from today. If such show-cause is filed within the stipulated period, the concerned authority after hearing both the parties, will dispose of the matter by a reasoned
