JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 A supplementary show cause is filed on behalf of opposite party No.2 in which it is stated that the remaining GPF dues prior to 1976 with interest have been paid to the petitioner by two cheques, both dated 4.11.2016, for Rs.48,205/- and Rs.54,131/- respectively and the receiving of the petitioner on the photo copy of the cheques in question has also been annexed. A chart indicating calculation made in detail of principal and interest amounts has also been annexed.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the order under contempt having been complied with, the contempt application is dismissed. In case there is any discrepancy in the calculation, it shall be open to the petitioner to point out the same before the opposite parties, who shall ensure that the matter is looked into and if any
Patna High Court MJC No.5699 of 2013 (4) dt.09-11-2016 further amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same is also paid to him expeditiously.
