JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Prayer is for modification of order dated 24.08.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.34176/2017 to the extent that the period for furnishing of bail bond be extended as the petitioners could not furnish bail bond due to their illness. Prayer is allowed.
Further four weeks time is allowed with condition that each of the petitioner shall be deposited Rs.1,000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund.
Accordingly, this modification stands allowed.
