The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two accused persons snatched the informant of his motorcycle and Rs. 34500/ in cash.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The petitioner was falsely implicated in the case in course of investigation when it was alleged that some of the stolen articles were recovered from his shop. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 17.3.2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39232 of 2021(4) dt.31-01-2022 2/2 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner not having put on T.I. Parade and having remained in custody for over 10 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case no. 49 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Purnea.
