1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this writ application is being filed for commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of the benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme (Hereinafter referred to as, A.C.P) effective

Patna High Court CWJC No.7884 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2023 2/3 from 9.8.1999 to her husband with all consequential benefit as per the Judgment and order dated 13.5. 2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9798 of 2008 and its analogous cases filed by similarly situated persons like the petitioner. This writ writ application is also being filed for holding that the husband of the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of ACP Scheme in terms of the decision of the Board of Directors of Bihar State Agriculture Marketing Board dated 9.9.2004 issued vide office order no. 1047 7.12.2004 dated 7,.12. 2004 under the signature of Managing Director of the Board which has been upheld by this Hon'ble Court vide Judgment and order dated 13.5. 2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9798 of 2008 and its analogous cases.

This writ application is also being filed for holding that the impugned nonconsideration of the case of the petitioner to in the matter of providing the benefit of ACP Scheme to her husband with all consequential benefits is illegal, arbitrary, malafide and without any lawful justification."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought
