JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-03-2019 It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that during pendency of the writ petition remuneration of the petitioner has been paid to the petitioner except two and half months in the year 2015. He submits that for the same relief he would be approaching the respondent no. 6 Circle Officer, Pupri, Sitamarhi.
In the event petitioner makes an application before the respondent no. 6 within a period of four weeks along with copy of this order, the respondent no. 6 should dispose off the same by a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter. Writ petition is disposed off.
