He submits that for the same relief he would be approaching the respondent no. 6 Circle Officer, Pupri, Sitamarhi.

In the event petitioner makes an application before the respondent no. 6 within a period of four weeks along with copy of this order, the respondent no. 6 should dispose off the same by a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter. Writ petition is disposed off.
