Counsel for the petitioner submits that the reason for non-payment of C.P.F. is because they cannot locate the account of the petitioner.
If it is so then it shows inefficiency in the office of the Zila Parishad. Let the Deputy Development Commissionercum-Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, look into the matter and resolve the issue within a period of eight weeks or else he will be personally held liable for inefficiency in his office.
Patna High Court MJC No.588 of 2016 (2) dt.07-08-2017 2/2 Contempt application stands disposed of in terms of the above.
