Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of FIR being Lalganj PS Case No. 202 of 2017 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 427, and 504 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date matter is under under investigation and charge-sheet has not been submitted.

The learned APP, Mr Chandra Bhushan Prasad, submits that since matter is under investigation, the court should be reluctant in interfering at the stage of investigation. It may be a possibility that police after investigation may submit final
