This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 11.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 22902 of 2019, whereunder the petitioner was directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 269 of 2015 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, inadvertently, in the prayer portion of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22902 of 2019, Sessions

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24837 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Trial No. 269 of 2015 was typed in place of Sessions Trial No. 269 of 2019.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let in the last paragraph of order dated 11.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 22902 of 2019 be read as "Sessions Trial No. 269 of 2019" in place of Sessions Trial No. 269 of 2015.

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 11.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 22902 of 2019, accordingly, this application stands disposed of. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
