Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jandaha P.S.Case No.111 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 376, of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4,6, 8 and 10 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has not alleged any allegation of rape against the petitioner and on that basis, he prays for grant of bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the Court is not impressed with the submissions advanced by the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same in all
