JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the University. It appears from the letter no. 184/Estab/15 dated 18/03/2015, the University has already published a seniority list of class-III and class-IV employees which was to be complied by the University in view of the order dated 03.07.2012 passed in CWJC No. 11026 of 2012.

In view of publication of seniority list, the present contempt application has lost its purpose and accordingly, it is dismissed. If the petitioner is dissatisfied with his position in the gradation list, he will have liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
