No. 44363 of 2017 to extend the time of surrender on the ground that the petitioner became ill, resulting, he was not able to surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in this criminal miscellaneous application, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender in the court of Shri D. Prakash, J. M. Ist Class, Purnea in connection with Janki Nagar P. S. Case No. 40 of 2017 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on the terms and condition as mentioned in order dated 21.09.2017
