In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 9 it has been asserted in paragraph 6 that the order dated 29.08.2014 passed in CWJC No. 5817 of 2014 has been complied with. In support of the above contention, learned State counsel has brought on record the order dated 15.05.2015 passed by the District Collector, Vaishali as contained in Annexure-B to the aforesaid show cause.

In above view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the present matter has become infructuous since the order of this Court has been complied with. Accordingly, the present MJC application stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners, if so advised, shall be at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 15.05.2015 (Annexure-B) in an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate Forum/Court.
