2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the State that petitioners have been declared proclaimed offender and processes of section 83 has been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the Court, as such, present pre-arrest bail petition is not maintainable.

4. Considering the aforesaid development, petition for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32159 of 2023(2) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is dismissed as not maintainable.
