JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 494 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of one country-made pistol and seven cartridges from the petitioner and he is accused in one more case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been remanded in this case and he is in custody for more than six months in this case and except one case there is no other case against him.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two

No.29124 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Civil Line P.S.Case No. 494 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further he has to appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
