The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners are quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. In the response of a counter case, the present case has been

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra in connection with Gorkha P.S. Case No. 31 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
