2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 29.01.2022 in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2020, F.I.R. dated 15.10.2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added section 302 of the I.P.C.
3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32610 of 2022.
4. Vide order dated 20.07.2024, a report was called for with regard to present stage of the trial. Report of the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45327 of 2024(4) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 Trial Court dated 07.10.2024 reveals that out of twelve chargesheet witnesses, ten witnesses have been examined and rest two witnesses have left to be examined in the present case.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, report of the learned Trial Court as well as the allegation as alleged in the FIR, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2020 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Rohtas, Sasaram.
6. Prayer is refused.
7. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Nitesh/Aman U T
