Relying upon some recommendation made by the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Law & Order), Gaya in the year 1992, petitioner has filed this instant writ petition in the year, 2015 after filing a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya. The claim is that the petitioner's case was recommended for being appointed as Chaukidar as he had worked for some period prior to 1992 and that the incumbent, namely, Satyadeo Mahto was due to retire in

Patna High Court CWJC No.6324 of 2015(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 the year, 1992.

The facts ex facie make out a belated claim. The writ petition is barred also by laches. The petitioner does not have any enforceable claim on the basis of recommendation allegedly made in the year, 1992.

Writ petition is dismissed.
