1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order be issued commanding the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made on the land belonging to the petitioners, which appertain to Survey Plot No.545, 546 and 526 in Mauza:

Selhouri, P.S: Dulhin Bazar, District: Patna."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.13764 of 2014(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 the Circle Officer, Dulhin Bazar, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioners, before the Circle Officer, Dulhin Bazar, Patna, under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and needful action shall be taken thereon, after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
