JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.44838 of 2017 by which petitioner was directed to surrender within six weeks and deposit the amount and if amount is deposited he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of court below.

It appears that amount has not been deposited within the time and has not surrender and this application has been filed for extension of period earlier granted at least by one week. Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the order earlier passed. However, if petitioner appears and deposits the amounts within four weeks from today, the court below shall consider the same and dispose of the bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53665 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 application taking into account the fact that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on condition. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
