The order of the Division Bench is unambiguous. The entitlement of salary of the petitioner, who was the appellant in the LPA, was allowed w.e.f. January, 2015, but for the purposes of pension etc. the earlier period from 1995 till 2015 is also
Patna High Court MJC No.1690 of 2016(4) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 required to be counted.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he should be given increment etc. from 1995 onward, looking at the nature of the order.
That is his interpretation to the order and not the direction of the Court, therefore, no contempt is made out. Contempt Application is dismissed.
