The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case no. 218 of 2020, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of niece of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that no external injury was found in the Postmortem examination. Further submission is that Sanjay Kumar, husband of deceased, is in custody since 02.03.2021.

Case No. 218 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
