The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 41/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, co-accused Santosh Kumar forcibly took daughter of the informant on motorcycle and fled away. It is further alleged that the petitioner in collusion with co-accused Santosh Kumar has kidnapped his daughter.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only because he is full brother of co-accused Santosh Kumar. It is further

No.29245 of 2020(4) dt.19-02-2021 2/2 submitted that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and the thrust of allegation is against co-accused Santosh Kumar who is alleged to be in love with the daughter of the informant. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 41/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
