The petitioners are in custody since 25.03.2022 in connection with G.O. Case No.295 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
There is recovery of 40 litres of country made liquor and 1000 fermented Mahua from the open field and not from conscious possession of the petitioners.
Considering the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedents and they are in custody since 25.03.2022, they shall be released on bail, after framing of charge or on completion

No.30896 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 of one year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.2, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No.295 of 2022.
The petitioners will visit the office of the SubInspector, Excise Prohibition, Govindpur Anchal, Nawada on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
