The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case no. 284 of 2016, registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that Gandhi Singh, husband of Rinku Devi (Petitioner) was accompanied by his cousin brothers Suman Singh and Raman Singh to his house on 04.12.2016 in the evening, but the husband of informant Rinku Devi (Petitioner) did not turn up. In course of search informant Rinku Devi made enquiry to Suman Singh and Raman Singh, but they did not give any satisfactory reply. Thereafter, informant came to know that Suman Singh, Raman Singh along with his associates Gokhul Singh, Dinesh Singh and Dinesh Paswan have committed murder of her husband and threw his dead body.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51119 of 2017 (2) dt.30-10-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, after investigation Police submitted Chargesheet against Raman Singh and Shashi Bhushan Singh under Sections 302/201 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code continuing the investigation against rest accused. Thereafter, on the instruction of Raman Singh, who is Pattidar of the informant, Yogendra Yadav disclosed the name of this petitioner having hand in the murder of her husband while the petitioner is the informant of this case. The petitioner is lady and she has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-I, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 284 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
