The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 registered under Sections 414/467/468/34 of I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Darbhanga.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that the theft motorcycle has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged on bail.
