2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 452, 379, 506, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the F.I.R., on 03.04.2021 at 10:30 AM, when the informant was constructing his house, then all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner entered into his house and assaulted the informant, his younger brother and his aunt with sticks, iron rod and stones causing head injury to the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation of assault against the petitioner is general and omnibus and injury allegedly caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, simple injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Danapur in connection with Shahpur P. S. Case No. 129 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
