JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 498A, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the informant. He lives separately and has no concern with the mess and business of the informant. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegations are levelled against the husband. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50587 of 2016(14) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
